The most fun you will have on a bike, plus you get a great workout out of it.

If you’re totally new to indoor cycling, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. Our trū leaders (a.k.a. instructors) will help you set up your bike and answer any questions. If you’re already familiar with spin jump right into a class.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

We (highly) recommend you reserve a spot online.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Classes run 50 minutes start to finish.
That includes a 45-minute ride plus 5-minute cool down.
Classes are candlelit.
We pump up the jams (and offer complimentary ear plugs, if you like your jams less pumped).
Music varies by instructor, but it’s guaranteed to be awesome.
We will neither confirm nor deny the existence of a disco ball.

Be trū to yourself and your fellow riders. Here’s how.

work together

Please don’t be late and don’t leave early. We’re a team that starts and ends class at the same time, and trū riders who show up late will not be allowed to join.

stay focused

No Cell Phone Zone. Please leave them in the change room or in your vehicle.

be mindful

Smells – both good and bad – are amplified once we start sweating. Please keep scents to a minimum.

listen up

To your instructor and listen to your body. If you need a break, that’s cool – reduce your tension to a minimum and chill out. Just don’t leave the room and please stay on your bike.

clean up

Go ahead and get sweaty! That’s what you’re here for. But make sure you wipe your bike after class.

Cycling shoes may be worn in the spin room only. Please take them off elsewhere in the studio.

What happens in a Trū Ride class?

You sweat. You ride. You groove to some good tunes. Every cycling class is lead by an instructor (or as we call them, “Trū Leaders”) who will guide you through a great workout to awesome beats. Classes are 50 minutes long, with 45 min of cardio and a 5 min cool down.

How early should I arrive?

At least 15 minutes. More if this is your first class. If you reserved online and are not there 10 minutes prior to the start of class, your spot will be given away.

What should I wear to class?

Something you can sweat in! Breathable shorts or fitted crop pants and a t-shirt or tank top will work just fine.

Do I need special shoes to ride?

We highly recommend SPD clip in cycling shoes. We have a pair ready for you and you can try them for free for the first time and rent them afterwards (though regular trainers will work on our bikes). You know what they say... once you clip in you’ll never go back!
