Trūth about me

Being athletic is in my blood. Both of my parents grew up playing hockey, baseball, everything; so naturally I followed suit. But I will admit, it hasn't always came easy to me. When I tried spin for the first time, I barely finished the class! But I was determined to build myself up to a level where I could push myself throughout a class and have fun doing it. So I kept coming back. Now I couldn't imagine not being a part of the spin community, and on the stage inspiring others to push their limits.


I hate the word can't (and hate is a strong word!). You are truly capable of so much more than what you think, and my goal is to change that mindset from "I can't" to "I CAN & I AM PROUD." Not everything happens overnight but perseverance goes a long way. Let's discover the best version of YOU possible. Join me on the bike if you enjoy a mixture of killer dad jokes, great motivation and some fire playlists that will challenge you, and help you grow as a person and as a rider.
