reservations & cancellation policy

When can I reserve a spot?

You can reserve a class up to 2 weeks in advance. Online reservations end 2 hours before the class starts.

Uh oh. I made a reservation but I can’t make it. Now what?

Online reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class starts, or in case of late cancels and no shows:
- drop in, 10 & 20 class pass: 1 session deducted
- 8 rides monthly: 1 session deducted
- for trū unlimited: $10 charge to your account

Be on time. Be trū.

Trū Ride enforces a strict Late Arrival Policy. It is recommended you arrive 10 minutes before your class. If you are not present 5 minutes before the class begins you may forfeit your spot to a waitlisted rider. The studio door is shut at the beginning of class and no late access will be permitted. If you arrive after the studio door is shut you will incur the Late Cancel Penalty.
