I’ve always been an active person and have loved moving my body whenever possible! For me, fitness can take so many forms. Whether its hiking in the summer, hitting a yoga class in the morning, or biking to the farmers market with my family, I believe the flow that comes with exercise can’t be beat! Clipping in to a high energy, beat bumping spin class is one of my favourite ways to release stress and Im so happy I can share that with others!
I'm in love with anything that brings a strong energy! From super big bass drops to heart pumping classic rock and everything in between, you can always expect a variety from me!

Balance. I've been on both ends of the fitness spectrum but living life in the middle (filled with wine on Fridays and spin on Saturdays) is where I'm the happiest.
